Our aim is to deliver first-class service to you:

  • Hours of Business – available 0830 -1800 Mon-Thurs and 0830- 1700 Friday
  • Out of hours response – we review/respond to messages recorded out of hours within 1 hour of opening on the next business day
  • Lines engaged – should this ever happen, to review/action any calls within 15 minutes of call logged time
  • Telephone response – to answer incoming calls within 6 rings
  • Fax, Mail, Text messages – to respond within 2 hours of receipt
  • Dedicated Agency Personnel – a nominated account handler and back-up within our invoicing and operationans teams
  • Accepting your instructions – we will accept them by email, fax or post, and in some cases verbally (subsequently confirmed in writing/email within 24 hours)
  • Prompt payment of your contractors – in their account by COB Friday, cleared funds and exception processing including ‘cash runs’
  • Invoicing you promptly and efficiently – in line with your processes
  • Keeping operatives informed – SMS service and telephone if any issues
