Gabem's unique 'Three Options' advantage

Operatives use the Gabem payment option that best suits their current type of job or contract. If their circumstances change they can move to a more appropriate option.

• Gabem Umbrella—for temporary or contract workers who are not self-employed, or who want the easiest, most hassle-free payment service available. They become employees of Gabem Management (contract of employment) with full employee rights, including tax relief on work-related expenses

• Gabem CIS for those genuinely self-employed in the construction industry, and Gabem Solo for all other genuinely self-employed workers. Both offer legitimately self-employed contractors the benefits of lower tax, and are safe solutions in this complex area. Workers are engaged by Gabem Management on a contract for services.

• Benefits for all such as no set-up or termination fees, freedom to change agencies or take a break without penalties, friendly help from our customer services team, and no hidden charges.

There's no cost to the agency, but Gabem takes a small margin from each contractor payment received from the agency
