Office Hours
Our office hours over the Christmas period from the week beginning Monday 21sth December 2009 are as follows:
- Monday 21st December 2009 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday 22nd December 2009 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday 23rd December 2009 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Thursday 24th December 2009 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Friday 25th December 2009 CLOSED
- Monday 28th December 2009 CLOSED
- Tuesday 29th December 2009 9:30am- 4:00pm
- Wednesday 30th December 2009 9:30am- 4:00pm
- Thursday 31st December 2009 9:30am- 3:30pm
- Friday 1st January 2009 CLOSED
From Monday 4th January 2010 our normal hours will resume, Monday – Thursday 8:30am-6:00pm and Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Payroll
For the week worked ending:
- Friday 18th December 2009, the required information is needed no later than 11:00am on Tuesday 22nd December 2009 for payment up to 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve;
- Friday 25th December 2009, the required information is needed no later than 11:00am on Tuesday 29th December 2009 for payment up to 12:00 noon on New Year's Eve;
Payments will only be made if we have received sufficient information from you and your agency to process your payment.
Please remember, if you're planning to take any time off over the Christmas period, we may have reserved holiday pay for you. Remember when you don't have hours going through payroll it is the most tax efficient time to take your accrued holiday pay.
